Are you the ultimate multi-tasker who loves connecting with travelers from all over the world? Goofy Ants Hostel is looking for a vibrant, reliable, and dependable Guest Services Associate to join our team!

In a busy, social hostel environment, things move fast. We need someone who is the bedrock of our daily operations—someone who shows up, takes ownership, and ensures our guests have a seamless, spotless, and unforgettable stay.

📋 Your Role: Balancing the Vibe & The Cleanliness
This is a dynamic role where you will split your time between welcoming guests and keeping the hostel in pristine condition:

✔️Front Desk & Guest Experience: Greet arriving backpackers with warm energy, handle smooth check-ins/check-outs, answer questions about the local area, and help foster a fun, inclusive social atmosphere.

✔️ Housekeeping & Aesthetics: Maintain our high standards of cleanliness. You’ll be responsible for stripping and making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, and keeping the communal lounges and outdoor spaces looking fresh, tidy, and welcoming.

✔️ Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with basic administrative tasks, keep track of linen inventory, and coordinate closely with management to report any maintenance needs.

💪 What We Are Looking For:

✔️ ABSOLUTE DEPENDABILITY: Above all, you are reliable, punctual, and someone we can count on to run the shift smoothly without constant supervision. If you say you’ve got it, we know it’s handled.

✔️ The "Can-Do" Attitude: You don’t mind getting your hands dirty with housekeeping, and you can instantly switch gears to chat warmly with a guest at the desk.

✔️ Sharp Eye for Detail: You notice the little things—whether it's a missed spot during cleaning or a guest who looks like they need help.

✔️ Great Communication: Comfortable speaking with international travelers and working as part of a tight-knit team.

✔️ Adaptability: Hostel life is unpredictable! You are resourceful, level-headed, and a great problem solver.
