In a busy, social hostel environment, things move fast. We need someone who is the bedrock of our daily operationsāsomeone who shows up, takes ownership, and ensures our guests have a seamless, spotless, and unforgettable stay.
š Your Role: Balancing the Vibe & The Cleanliness
This is a dynamic role where you will split your time between welcoming guests and keeping the hostel in pristine condition:
āļøFront Desk & Guest Experience: Greet arriving backpackers with warm energy, handle smooth check-ins/check-outs, answer questions about the local area, and help foster a fun, inclusive social atmosphere.
āļø Housekeeping & Aesthetics: Maintain our high standards of cleanliness. Youāll be responsible for stripping and making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, and keeping the communal lounges and outdoor spaces looking fresh, tidy, and welcoming.
āļø Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with basic administrative tasks, keep track of linen inventory, and coordinate closely with management to report any maintenance needs.
