We would like to clarify a recent incident involving one of our camera rental transactions.

Ms. Berly Cooper inquired about renting a camera.However, she was not included in the official booking list as no down payment had been made. At the time she intended to collect the unit, the camera had not yet been returned by the previous renter.

Due to this, Ms. Berly Cooper requested information from our staff regarding the last client who rented the camera and stated that she would personally reach out. She reportedly insisted on seeing the client’s ID, and due to our staff’s lack of proper awareness regarding data privacy protocols, this information was unfortunately disclosed.

Ms. Izza Mae Gacayan was mistakenly identified as the last person who rented the camera; however, she is not the individual being referred to.

We sincerely apologize for our staff’s error in sharing an ID, which unfortunately caused the misunderstanding involving Ms. Izza Mae Gayacan. This was a serious lapse on our part, and i take full accountability for the incident. We also respectfully urge Ms. Berly Cooper to take responsibility for her actions and issue a public apology, to help correct the misinformation and prevent any further harm.

We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding caused by the post, where Ms. Izza Mae Gayacan was mistakenly identified as the person who rented a camera.

We take responsibility for the situation and for allowing such content to be associated with our name.

We urge Berly Cooper to take responsibility and make a public apology for posting malicious content that harms others and spreads false or damaging information.

To Ms. Izza Mae, We humbly ask for your forgiveness for any distress this may have caused. We are taking steps to ensure that this will not happen again.
