There were only a few days left unbooked, moments we set aside for friends who came directly, or simply to let the homestay rest and breathe. Even in those pauses, there was purpose.

As we welcome 2026, we step forward with quiet faith, grounded in living and grace. At Wabi Sabi Homestay Palawan, the new year begins not with noise, but with stillness, where things speaks softly and the heart listens.

Wabi-sabi reminds us that beauty is found in what is humble and true, and Scripture echoes this truth: “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is made perfect in weakness.” (2 Corinthians 12:9). In a world that rushes, we choose to rest in grace, trusting that God works beautifully through surrender.

This year, we welcome days shaped by gratitude, mornings filled with light, and evenings wrapped in peace.
