PUSH FOR YOUR GOAL
May kaniya-kaniya tayong life goals.
But if we ask ourselves:
"Have we already accomplished the goals we’ve set?"
Kung hindi pa, subukan ang mga strategies na ito na malaki ang maitutulong nito sayo.
FOCUS ON ONE THING
After identifying the ultimate goal, dun na natin ibuhos ang isang daang porsyento ng ating oras, lakas, at talento until such time na maabot na natin ito.
Huwag na muna natin isabay ang mini-goals para hindi ma-distract. One at a time lang so we don't get overwhelmed.
PLAN AND STRATEGIZE
Try to foresee possible obstacles that might come your way at mag-lista ng possible solutions. Or simply just write down a timeline so we will be guided.
Halimbawa:
Kung gusto mo matutong sumayaw o ng ibang lengguahe, kailan natin balak kumilos para dito?
Nananatiling ‘pangarap lang’ ang isang bagay kapag hindi tayo gumagawa ng paraan para paghandaan ito.
So start off with this.
GIVE YOURSELF A DEADLINE
Setting a deadline cements our commitment to ourselves and to our goal. Kung walang deadline, kung walang timeline, maaring matagalan tayo bago ito makamit, or worst, makalimutan na lang natin ito.
With a deadline, it sends a message na seryoso tayo sa ginagawa natin at hindi tayo magpapa-kampante o hindi natin papabayaang makawala ang pangarap natin.
