Blackstone MNL was born out of a startup dream, fueled by a deep appreciation for high-quality meat and the joy of sharing good food.

In 2020, stuck indoors during the lockdowns, we found comfort in cooking—grilling burgers, searing steaks, recreating steakhouse moments at home. But we quickly realized one thing: quality meat was hard to find, especially cuts that truly delivered in taste, marbling, and tenderness.

So we started sourcing. First for ourselves. Then for family. Then for friends.
