There are many ways to launch a mooncake collection. This year, we chose to tell a story.

Last week, we welcomed our guests to Shangri-La Singapore for the unveiling of our 2026 Mid-Autumn Collection through an immersive movie premiere experience. Complete with movie tickets, popcorn and refreshments, guests stepped into a cinema-inspired setting before the lights dimmed for the debut of our original short film.

The film followed a little girl, An An, on a heartwarming Mid-Autumn journey alongside the Jade Rabbit from the Moonlight Post Office, delivering heartfelt messages from loved ones while celebrating the timeless traditions, joy and spirit of reunion. Woven naturally throughout the story was our 2026 mooncake collection, allowing guests to discover each creation as part of the narrative rather than through a conventional product presentation.

The evening was a reminder that the most memorable launches are not simply about showcasing a product, but about creating an emotional connection. Mid-Autumn has always been a season of togetherness, gratitude and cherished reunions, and we wanted every guest to experience those emotions long before they enjoyed their first mooncake with us.

One of Venice's most celebrated landmarks has officially opened its doors as a Four Seasons experience. Joining our properties in Florence, Milan, and Taormina, Danieli, Venezia, A Four Seasons Hotel represents a proud moment in our company's growth across Italy—a country that continues to captivate travelers from around the world.

Steps from Piazza San Marco on the Riva degli Schiavoni, Danieli spans three interconnected palaces: Palazzo Dandolo, Palazzo Casa Nuova, and Palazzo Danieli Excelsior, with the oldest dating back to the 14th century. Following an extensive restoration under the direction of Pierre-Yves Rochon, these remarkable buildings have been thoughtfully renewed for their next chapter with Four Seasons.
