Your body is built from atoms born in stars that died billions of years ago. These atoms—hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, and more, were once forged in supernova explosions, scattered across galaxies, and eventually woven into you. You're not made of anything new; you’re made of everything old. In this sense, you are not separate from the universe, you are the universe expressing itself in a fleeting, conscious form.

Each breath you take contains particles once exhaled by ancient creatures. The iron in your blood came from a star that exploded before Earth was born. The calcium in your bones, the carbon in your cells, all have passed through oceans, plants, volcanoes, and life forms long gone. You are composed of recycled stardust, a momentary arrangement in an eternal cycle of creation, transformation, and return.

You don’t own your atoms. You’re borrowing them. One day, they’ll scatter again, into clouds, soil, and other lives yet to come. This cosmic truth doesn’t diminish your uniqueness, it deepens it. You’re a shimmering chapter in a story that began before time and continues long after. A breath of the cosmos, alive for a moment, never truly ending.
