WE’RE HIRING: STAYCATION ADMIN ASSISTANT 🏡✨
Join our team and help manage our staycation units and parking slots

📍 Location: Grass Residences
🕒 Position: Part-time or Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage bookings and guest inquiries (Airbnb, Facebook, Viber, etc.)
✅ Coordinate check-ins/check-outs with housekeeping
✅ Update calendars and unit availability
✅ Prepare and send check-in instructions
✅ Promote and market the units online

Qualifications:
✔️Experience in staycation or short-term rental operations is a must
✔️Must be reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
✔️Good communication skills and quick to respond
✔️Stable internet connection for remote coordination
✔️Experience in admin work or customer service is a plus
✔️Knowledgeable (Google Sheets, messaging apps, etc.)
