A Friendly Reminder for Our Valued Guests

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Whether it’s for a relaxing break, a quick city escape, or some downtime with loved ones, we’re here to offer you a comfortable, affordable, and homey staycation experience. 🌿✨

But we also want to clarify something that’s often misunderstood: Booking a staycation unit (like ours) through Airbnb or similar platforms is not the same as booking a hotel.

We want to share this to help manage expectations and avoid misunderstandings.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A STAYCATION UNIT (LIKE OURS):
✔️ Self-Check-In – We’ll send clear instructions, and you check in on your own via the guest registration code. We have no personal front desk but our condo's security officers will assist you.
✔️ A Fully Furnished Private Space – You get the entire space to yourself, complete with beds, bathroom, kitchenette, dining/living area, etc.
✔️ One-Time Set-Up – We provide fresh linens, towels upon arrival but there’s no daily cleaning or refills like in hotels.
✔️ A Home-Like Experience – It’s designed to feel like your own space, not a commercial hotel room. Cook, relax, and enjoy the unit like it’s your own mini home.
✔️ 24/7 Security with CCTV and Guards on duty to keep our place safe.

🚫WHAT WE DON’T OFFER (UNLIKE HOTELS):
✖️ No 24/7 reception or concierge
✖️ No daily housekeeping
✖️ No room service, buffet breakfast, or minibar
✖️ No valet or bell service
✖️ No hotel staff available around the clock
✖️ No instant replacements or on-demand maintenance (we assist as soon as possible within reasonable hours)

💰 WHY WE’RE MORE AFFORDABLE AND WHAT THAT MEANS:

We understand some guests expect “hotel-level” service just because they’re paying for a stay but it’s important to know: While we completely understand that every guest wants a smooth experience (we do too!), it’s important to understand how an Airbnb/staycation setup works.

We aim to make your stay enjoyable and stress-free, but as independent hosts, we don't have a full team or facilities like hotels do. That’s why we’re able to offer lower rates especially for longer stays or families/groups.

Think of it this way:
🛎️ Hotels = Service-Based Experience
🏡 Staycation Units = Space-Based Experience

You’re paying for an entire unit, not just a room but without the extras that make hotels much more expensive.
