Newgrange Condotel The Newgrange Condotel is a “boutique” hotel located along Timog Avenue – one of the fast growing entertainment and business centers in Quezon City.

Our Boutique Hotel has been present for over 20 years. The Newgrange Condotel has compact units measuring around 35 square meters for the one-bedroom condos, and 45 to 72 square meters for the two-bedroom units. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are separate from the living-cum-dining rooms. The showers have hot-and-cold sprays. Residents who stay for a longer term enjoy the full kitchen where

they can cook their own meals. However, there are many restaurants that offer inexpensive meals that are walking distance from the Condotel. And the choice of cuisine– Italian, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Japanese , as well as local and international fast-food chains — is unlimited!
