From Alejoโ€™s signature โ€œLakambiniโ€ cocktail, proudly made with Lakan Lambanog, to our hands-on cocktail-making experience guided by resident mixologist Jerome Misa, guests got to shake, stir, and create their own taste of local flavors. ๐Ÿธ

As part of our Tatak ng Wika, Tatak ng Kultura activities for Buwan ng Wika, we learned about the art and history of paghahabi and its deep connection to the knowledge, identity, and heritage of Indigenous communities.

We were also delighted to discover beautiful textile pieces from Abra and Zamboanga, brought here by local vendors at Citadines Roces Quezon City.
