ONE MACKINSON PLACE

The dormitory type hostel can accommodate up to 300 pax ideal for group sleeping quarters for team building, field trips, seminars, ojt, reviewers’, trainees.travellers and backpackers.

TRANSIENT BEDSPACE ACCOMMODATION:
Sharing rate (with other guest)
P250.00/day/head in Fan Room Sharing Communal Toilet and Bath
P350.00/day/head in Air-con Room Sharing Communal Toilet and Bath

Non-sharing rate, additional P100 per person per day.
P450/day for Non-Sharing Bedspace Air-con Rooms
P350/day for Non-sharing Bedspace Fan Rooms.

Rate is on a per head basis in-case the room would be used by more than one person.

Air-con time is 7pm. to 11 a.m. except check in day.
P500.00/day/head in Air-con Room with Private T/B available in the 6th floor (Stairs)

ONE MACKINSON PLACE DORMTEL IS A newly renovated building with 31 big rooms with 50 t/b, toilet, showers combined. 8 car garage plus 4 parking space in front.

The dormitory hostel can accommodate up to 300 pax ideal for group sleeping quarters for team building, field trips, seminars, ojt, reviewees, trainees.travellers and backpackers.
The location of the building is near in all trades: Bank, School, Laundry Shops, Church, Gasoline Stations, Market, Food Chains, Spa, Gym

Our address is 82 Road 3 cor. Road 8, Project 6 Quezon City
10 minutes drive to SM North Edsa, Trinoma, MRT North Station, PureGold Mindanao Ave., and Congressional Ave.
10-20 minutes drive to West Ave., Quezon Ave., EDSA, Commonwealth, Quezon City Hall, UP Technohub, Diliman and Katipunan.
The building is along jeepney line going to Mrt North Ave. Station, Visayas Ave., North Ave., West Avenue, Quezon Ave., Espana, Quiapo, Luneta Manila, Lawton, Pier, CityHall and FX going to Makati.

With minimum security deposit of P500.00/person if staying 7 days or less and P 1,000.00/person if more than a week stay.Security Deposit refundable upon check out if no other accountabilities.

For Non-sharing , additional P100 per person per day plus rate per day - pls. call or text admin for rates.
