👍 The guest/lessee shall be responsible for any accident, injury or damage and all other acts and omissions to any person or property occurring anywhere in the condominium premises;
👍 The guest/lessee shall respect the condo unit similar as your own home. Anything damaged shall be reimbursed by guest/lessee;
👍 The guest/lessee shall agree that no parties inside the condo;
👍 The guest/lessee shall turn off lights and air condition units when leaving the condominium to prevent fire and other attributable hazards as well as to conserve energy;
👍 The guest/lessee shall agree not to bring into the leased premises inflammable or any explosive materials that will constitute fire hazard and anything prohibited by laws, rules and regulations to the condominium unit and any condominium premises;
👍 The guest/lessee shall agree to abide/comply to the rules and regulations implemented by the condominium corporations, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations;
👍 The guest/lessee shall agree not to bring efficascent oil or any object/oil that will stain the furniture or the bedsheet. You will be responsible for deep cleaning/laundry charge of Php 2,000 or reimbursement of the deep cleaning/laundry cost whichever is higher;
👍 No smoking is strictly observed inside the condominium unit and Portovita Towers premises pursuant to local ordinance/laws. There will be a penalty/fine of Php 5,000 for deep cleaning fee if you or your guests are caught smoking inside the condominium unit and Portovita Towers premises.
👍 The guest/lessee shall agree to the terms and conditions of the Portovita Towers Condominium Corporation in relation to the COVID 19 health protocols and safety measures, as well as other related laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
