Casa Lily would like to announce that we have severed our ties with OYO. It didn’t end well.

We sent them a termination letter and without warning or proper transition, we were cut off from their system.

Our poor guests were left stranded between systems. They reserved and paid through OYO but were later told that their refunds are being processed. They were left with no hotel room to go.

If you are one of them, we will accommodate you in good will. Just show your reservation and payment.

Contact the app where you booked and ask for your status.

Casa Lily welcomes all feedback from our clients so we can serve our clients better.

We are transparent in all our policies about extra charges.

Our policies about stains and alcohol consumption in the hotel (though it may annoy some people) is what makes Casa Lily able to maintain its cleanliness and peaceful ambiance. Blood and lipstick stains, for example, on our sheets and towels, are washed with extra effort so as to maintain the crisp white linens which our hotel is very proud of.

We ask for the cooperation and understanding of our guests so that we can continue to bring you good and clean service.
