Once you pay a reservation fee, we will block those dates on our calendar and decline other potential guests. The fee compensates them for holding the slot exclusively for you.
3. Operational Costs
We prepare the unit ahead of time โ cleaning, laundry, stocking supplies, and even arranging special touches. The reservation fee helps cover these upfront costs.
4. Risk Mitigation
For us hosts, especially in short-term rentals, reservation fees help reduce financial risks if a guest cancels at the last minute or fails to show up.
