•Dedicated work area — great for remote work (desk upon request)

House Rules - Azai Guesthouse‼️
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please review and follow our house rules.
1. Check-in & Check-out. Check-in and check-out times must be respected unless prior arrangements are approved.
2. Registered Guests only. Confirmed guests included in the reservation are allowed inside the unit however please inform if you are having visitors
3. No LOUD Parties or Events. Parties, gatherings, and loud activities are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors.
4. NO SMOKING. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Please follow the designated smoking areas.
5. Quiet Hours. Please observe quiet hours, 10:00PM to 8:00AM especially late at night, to maintain a peaceful environment for neighbors.
6. Drinking water is not provided. However, convenience stores like dali, 7'11 and alfamart is just 3mins drive away from the house.
7. Emotional Support Animal is welcome. Please inform us in advance if you will be bringing a pet.
8. Parking. Parking is available within the property but you can also park outside or at the multi purpose hall designated parking area.

Please be advised that the property owners are not legally or financially responsible for any damage to vehicles, or for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal property belonging to guests during their stay.
Damaged or Missing Items Policy 🚨
We love providing high-quality comforts to make your stay feel like home! To help us keep our space beautiful and affordable for everyone, please note our replacement policies for lost or severely damaged items:
* Lost or Missing Towels: ₱250 per towel.
* Lost or Severely Stained Linens: ₱300 per item (includes bedsheets, pillowcases, and blankets).
