The place is an 800 square meter beach front property in Barangay Tignoan, Real, Quezon province, just a short and relaxing 3 to 4 hour drive away from the Metropolis. The house is a casita, a tiny house with one bedroom and a wrap around porch. The bedroom has one california king

size bed and two single beds. The front porch has a relaxing hammock and dining table. The left side porch facing the beach is the living area with comfy chairs and table. The right side porch is the kitchen, with a mini fridge, a big oven, a gas fired stove, a gas fired grill, cooking pots & pans and dining sets & utensils.
