We received a google review 2 days ago about our coffee.

We’d like to share a little context about our operations. Since our café is located high up in the mountains, we don’t have access to electricity or a proper water supply. We have to bring our drinking water, washing water, and even purified ice up the mountain every day. We also use ready-made espresso shots and syrup because these are currently the most practical and accessible options for our location.

Our ₱120 coffee is priced not only based on the ingredients but also on the diesel, transportation, staff wages, and the effort required to bring all our supplies up the mountain. Especially now, when the prices of almost everything continue to rise, operating a small café in this location comes with challenges that may not be immediately visible to our customers.

We also understand that we’re not a premium specialty coffee shop offering ₱150–₱200 cups of coffee in establishments down the mountain. We’re a small café doing our best to serve our guests while working within the limitations of our location and keeping our prices as reasonable as possible given our operating costs.

We respect that everyone has different preferences when it comes to coffee, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we can improve.
