A different travel agency used our guests as their own, taking photos and promoting them online through their business page without permission.

As the manager and partner of Carlos—who worked tirelessly to help build what we have today—it’s incredibly frustrating and infuriating when something like this happens.

Please respect our work. This hasn’t happened once or twice, but repeatedly. If this continues, I will expose the individuals behind this “travel agency.” The way you are promoting your services is not only misleading but also dishonest.
