In a resolution passed by the Sangguniang Bayan upon recommendation of the concerned committees, RESOLUTION NO. 139 β SERIES OF 2025, "A RESOLUTION IMPOSING A TEMPORARY SUSPENSION ON ALL TOUR ORGANIZERS, COORDINATORS, ACCOMMODATIONS, TRAVEL AND TOUR AGENCIES, TOUR GUIDES, ET. AL., FOUND TO BE INVOLVED IN THE CASES FILED AGAINST MS. RONA SHANE SANCHEZ, BARRING THEM FROM CONDUCTING TOURISM-RELATED ACTIVITIES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAGADA PENDING THE RESOLUTION OF SAID CASES," identified the following entities subject for temporary suspension, to wit:

Said resolution cited serious and repeated allegations of fraud, misrepresentation, and unethical conduct, including but not limited to the unauthorized use of images of other legitimate accommodations in her online marketing platforms, thereby misleading tourists and causing numerous negative experiences for guests visiting Sagada as its grounds for the temporary suspension pending further investigation.
The temporary suspension is effective immediately until further notice.
