The 2025 Sagada Etag Festival with the theme: 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐂𝐔𝐋𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄: "𝐄𝐭𝐚𝐠 𝐅𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 - 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫𝐬, 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬," will be celebrated in full blast this January 30 to February 2, 2025.

Let it be known that on June 23-24, 2024, tours in Marlboro Hills are temporarily suspended in respect to the conduct of a Cleansing Ritual "Tengao" by the IP Community of Barangay Antadao. Tours will resume on June 25, 2024, Tuesday.

Detailed closure schedule:
June 23 - Closes at 7:00 am
June 24 - Closed the whole day
June 25 - Tour resumption

NOTICE OF SITE CLOSURE: BALANGAGAN, SUMAGUING

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 5 of the Sagada Revised Tourism Code of 2022 on "Closure of Sites", let it be known, that:

1. BALANGAGAN CAVE shall be closed for the whole month of August; and,
2. SUMAGUING CAVE for the whole month of September 2024.

Said closure is to allow the rejuvenation of the caves and in consideration of the weather situations that regularly happen every year (during these months).
