Please be guided by the following reminders to ensure a solemn and orderly observance:

𝟏. 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐬
* Mass will start at 2:00 PM.
* Gates will be closed once the Mass begins.
* Please refrain from taking pictures and keep voices low during the Mass.

𝟐.𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬
* The Echo Valley and Paytokan Walk Tour will be closed at 4:00 PM.

𝟑. 𝐓𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬
* Tourists are advised to stay with their guides and remain in the designated area near the Veterans Tomb.
* Kindly keep pathways open for entry and exit.

𝟒. 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
* Please keep your wastes with you and dispose of them properly.

𝟓. 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐡𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬
* No hard liquors are allowed inside the cemetery.
* No jamming allowed

𝟔. 𝐋𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐞𝐧𝐠
* Do not start the fire until the priest arrives and the prayer is done at the altar in the cemetery
* No plastic and tires

The Low Pressure Area (LPA 10a) being monitored inside the Philippine Area of Responsibility remains UNLIKELY to develop into a Tropical Depression within the next 24 hours as of 8:00 AM today.

Meanwhile, the Tropical Depression outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) still remains UNLIKELY to enter the PAR.

All are advised to monitor updates from DOST-PAGASA.

ROAD STATUS ADVISORY
Per onsite information AS OF 5PM August 23, 2024, the Pilando Section of Halsema Highway (Baguio-Bontoc Road) is NOT PASSABLE due to collapse of the sinking road area.

You can use alternate routes such as the following

1. Mankayan - Cervantes Road.
HOW: Entrance/Exit is at Abatan (Km 90) junction. Take the road to Mankayan. Upon reaching Poblacion, turn right after the Municipal Gym. You will pass by Libeg Bridge. Exit/Entrance is Tagudin, Ilocos Sur.

2. Acop Cosalan Road (Buguias-Kabayan Road)
HOW: Entrance/Exit is at Abatan (Km 90) junction. Take the road to Loo, Buguias. DO NOT TAKE THE LEFT ROAD GOING TO TINOC at the Sebang portion. GO STRAIGHT. You will reach Amlimay then Kabayan Barrio, towards Poblacion, Kabayan.

From there you will drive towards Bokod. Exit/Entrance is at Gurel Junction.
