Important Announcement: Venue Capacity & Policy Update
​(Effective Immediately Applies to New & Future Bookings Only)

​Dear Guests and Community,

​We want to share an important policy update regarding future bookings at our venue. Moving forward, we will STRICTLY LIMIT all new bookings to a maximum capacity of 30 guests per event.

​Please note: If you have already booked with us and declared your guest count, your booking will be fully honored as agreed. This update applies strictly to new and incoming reservations.

​This decision comes after careful consideration and thoughtful reflection. This simple, humble venue is truly our second home. Opening our doors to share it with you for your special moments is a privilege we treasure deeply. However, hosting past large-scale gatherings taught us that to truly protect the integrity and peaceful atmosphere of our space, while maintaining the high standard of comfort and service you deserve, we must refocus on smaller, more managed gatherings.

​While we recognize that our guests pay to enjoy the space, we kindly ask everyone to treat our home with the same respect, care, and love that we pour into it.

​We sincerely value all guest feedback, as it continuously shapes how we operate and refine our hospitality. Thank you for your understanding, respect, and continued support as we make this meaningful transition.

‼️​Item Condition: We are always transparent that our items are well-loved and not brand new, but they are always fully functional and undamaged when you check in. If you ever notice an issue upon arrival, please report it to our caretakers immediately so we can fix it for you!

‼️​Safety & Supervision: For peace of mind and security, our common areas are equipped with CCTV. We often see kids enjoying the entertainment areas, which we love! However, we ask parents to supervise little ones to ensure equipment is handled gently.

‼️​Property Value: While our resort may be simple, every piece of equipment represents a significant investment for us. To maintain our facilities for future guests, we do strictly enforce charges for property damage.

​We deeply value your support and truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our resort a wonderful place for everyone.
