We love hosting you and want everyone to have the absolute best time utilizing our facilities! While we know you pay for your stay, we also want to kindly remind everyone to be cautious and intentional when using our amenities and equipment.
To help keep our small resort running smoothly, here is a quick look at our care policies:
‼️Item Condition: We are always transparent that our items are well-loved and not brand new, but they are always fully functional and undamaged when you check in. If you ever notice an issue upon arrival, please report it to our caretakers immediately so we can fix it for you!
‼️Safety & Supervision: For peace of mind and security, our common areas are equipped with CCTV. We often see kids enjoying the entertainment areas, which we love! However, we ask parents to supervise little ones to ensure equipment is handled gently.
‼️Property Value: While our resort may be simple, every piece of equipment represents a significant investment for us. To maintain our facilities for future guests, we do strictly enforce charges for property damage.
