🚨WE'RE HIRING:
RESORT MANAGER
On-site | Full-time
Must be based in Davao or willing to relocate to Samal.
Reef Resort is looking for a dedicated and highly capable Resort Manager to oversee on-site operations in Samal and ensure exceptional guest experiences across our floating glamphouses.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily resort operations and ensure seamless guest experiences
• Lead and mentor on-site staff with professionalism and hospitality
Coordinate guest check-ins, activities, and special requests
Manage inventory, supplies, and coordination with internal teams
Handle operational planning, budgeting, and basic financial tracking
Use booking systems and digital tools for
efficient operations
What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management (or related field)
• Proven management experience in the hospitality/resort industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of resort operations, budgeting, and booking systems
• Excellent people skills; courteous, friendly, and guest-oriented
• Must be comfortable traveling by boat and working in a floating glamphouse (no seasickness)
Work Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday
(Monday & Tuesday off • Holiday work required)
