Sun and beach continue to be among the strongest tourism attractions in Catanduanes in 2025, drawing a high volume of same-day visitors seeking coastal leisure, scenic shorelines, and accessible beachfront experiences.

Data consolidated from the same-day visitor reports of the 11 municipalities of the Province of Catanduanes indicated that the following beach destinations recorded the highest visitor traffic:

1. Bagasbas Beach Resort (Yocti, San Andres)
2. Twin Rock Beach Resort (Igang, Virac)
3. Tampad Beach / Jesus Face Rock Formation (Talisoy, Virac)
4. Oliver’s Riff Mamangal Beach Resort (Mamangal, Virac)
5. Pandan Seashore Park (Del Norte, Pandan)

These destinations highlight the province’s diverse coastal tourism appeal, from resort-based leisure and iconic rock formations to beachfronts—supporting both local recreation and visitor-driven economic activity.

As an island province, Catanduanes continues to strengthen its sun and beach tourism portfolio, recognizing its identity as the Happy Island.
