Nestled in the poshest condominium along Quirino Ave. Extension in Paco District, it is a few minutes away from commercial establishments such as Robinsons Otis, Landers Superstore, St. Peter the Apostle Church, Unilever, and a lot more. Conveniently located and accessible: 10-15 min drive to Makati (via Osmena Highway); 15-60 minutes to airport via Skyway/NAIAEx.
Strict security and not crowded. With wide hallways, a stylish lobby, and lush gardens and inviting pool. Truly an oasis.
Our quaint nook has basic amenities that will make your stay a comfortable one. There is a spacious queen-sized bed dressed in our signature US cotton duvet ensemble sitting pretty beside a panoramic glass window that commands scenic views of Makati and Manila skylines. We encourage guests to relax and sleep and take advantage of our cozy bed--an amenity that is sure to lull you to a good night's sleep you deserve.
The kitchenette has a microwave oven and a 5cuft refrigerator so you can enjoy fresh and warm meals during your stay. Cooking is currently NOT allowed. Instagrammable dinnerware and cutlery are also provided. Indulge in a refreshing bath with the rain- or handheld shower (there's no heater at the moment). Towels are provided.
There is no WIFI as we encourage our guests to interact for a day or two of digital detox.
Registered guests are entitled to pool access depending on the number of persons (adults and children included) booked on AirBnB. The complimentary pool access can be used from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. NO NIGHT SWIMMING. The swimming pool is closed on MONDAYS. No additional pool access can be arranged on top of this. Host has the right to deny pool access to any unregistered guest. Adult and kiddie pools available. No lifeguard on duty.
An outdoor gym, a jogging path, children's play area, and chill-out spaces (perfect for yoga!) are also available.
The host is based in Manila and usually personally takes care of check-in and check out procedures.
There is no parking in the building. All guest/s including children must present a valid government-issued ID upon booking for us to process entry permits within the bulding. Upon check-in, the guards will ask for the same ID. Failure to present valid IDs may cause delays or refusal of entry. No ID, No Booking.
NO SMOKING. The building strictly prohibits smoking in the rooms and in the building facilities. A cleaning fee of Php 10,000 will be collected from violators. Our fire alarms are highly sensitive.
NO PARTIES. NO NOISY EVENTS. NO PETS.
Drinking alcohol inside the unit is allowed, however, we reserve the right to evict any unruly, intoxicated guest/s. Drinking (alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) and eating by the pool area is NOT allowed.
CLEAN AS YOU GO.
Please keep the microwave, refrigerator, and sink clean at all times. Avoid leaving food bits on the sink to avoid clogs. Avoid leaving food that may spoil as well as used plates in the refrigerator, microwave and on the sink. The building is enforcing a waste segregation system. Please put all food waste in the bin under the kitchen sink, and all other waste in the bin inside the bathroom.
Extra linens and towels are only provided for long-staying guests.
