The sight of millions if not billions of P1k pesos bundled up & just put on a billiard table then P450 Billion pesos just put in a very strong big luggages That each luggage was filled with P48 million pesos is beyond my comprehension that a bag man will then bring to the house of who ever is waiting for the many luggages (48 luggages ) as in simple word as bribe money as shared money from the contractor(s) who won in the biding to do the project.
