📢BLUE WAVES RESORT'S POLICIES❗❗
📌OCCUPANCY
✅ For the comfort of all the guests, and as permitted by our local Tourism Office, our
resort will only cater to a maximum capacity of 50 persons per day, and this shall
be strictly enforced.
✅ Guests should bring their towels and toiletries, we don’t provide such.
✅ The use of illegal fi****ms, deadly weapons and illegal drugs are STRICTL
Y
PROHIBITED within the resort's premises. Any illegal conduct will be immediately reported to the authorities. For everyone's safety, bonfires are not allowed as well.
✅ Resort guests are liable for any damage/loss to any resort equipment/properties,
either intentional or accidental.
₱300.00 will be charged for the loss or damage of any of our bedsheets/linens.
✅ Pets are allowed and it will be the guest’s responsibility.
✅ Smoking ci******es and drinking liquor inside the room are strictly prohibited. Guests may smoke and drink outside the room or at the designated area.
✅ CONSIDERATION and COURTEOUSNESS to other guests is A MUST! Therefore, making excessive noise beyond 10:00 PM is prohibited. Videoke is allowed until 10:00 PM; Quiet-Time Policy will start at 12:00 AM - 6:00
AM.
📌FOOD AND DRINKS
✅ Bringing of food and drinks is allowed with NO CORKAGE FEES. Cooking is allowed in the resort. Grills are provided in the designated area;
Open flame stoves are only allowed at the designated cooking places.
✅ Guest are obliged to practice CLAY GO (CLean As You GO!). Waste bins are
provided and can be found around; Proper disposal of waste is imperative.
📌BEACH AREA
✅ The beach is open for all guests, however, lifeguards will be on duty from 7:00 PM
to 3:00 AM ONLY and can cater only the overnight-staying guests.
✅ Children at all times must be accompanied and supervised by parents or
guardians.
✅ Boat rides are not accredited by the resort’s management. Therefore, the
management will not be liable for any accidents or untoward incidents arising
from these activities.
✅ Swimming at night will be at guests’ own risk and responsibility, particularly for
guests who are intoxicated. The management assumes no liability for any injuries
and accidents that may occur.
✅ Sleeping in tents outside the resort’s premises or perimeter fence is not allowed
after midnight. The beach gate closes at midnight for safety and security
purposes.
✅Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their valuables and personal
belongings. Therefore, the resort management and its staff will not be liable for
any loss or damage of guests' valuable items and personal belongings.
✅ Blue Waves Resort Management and its staff will not be liable for any
dismemberment or injury, loss of life arising from drowning, or any accidents
involving the use of any kind of watercraft and water sports. The resort will not be
liable for any cost of all medical or emergency care rendered to the guest.
🛑DISCLAIMER🛑
📍 BLUE WAVES RESORT SHALL NOT be responsible for any loss or damage to
personal property including bodily injury or loss of life suffered by any guest
arising from the use of any facilities or equipment within the resort.
📍 GUESTS AGREE to render BLUE WAVES RESORT and staff free and unaccountable
from any claims arising from the use of any of the equipment or facilities in the
resort.
