Please be advised that all pumpboat operators will strictly adhere to the regulations set by Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and the Philippine Coast Guard, limiting each vessel to a maximum of ten (10) passengers. This policy is enforced to ensure passenger safety and maintain proper regulation of sea travel.

Furthermore, travel operations are permitted only between 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in accordance with Philippine Coast Guard guidelines.

On April 4 and 5, 2026, a dedicated lane will be assigned exclusively for residents of Sipaway Island. Dispatchers will require valid proof of residency prior to boarding.
