📢 IMPORTANT PARKING UPDATE | AZURE NORTH

Please be advised that the Pay Parking Facility near Home Depot will begin its dry-run opening on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM.

🚗 Starting upon the facility’s opening:
• Parking along the driveway and on the sides of the driveway within Azure North will no longer be permitted.
• Parking violation enforcement will resume immediately.
• Residents and visitors are encouraged to use the designated pay parking areas.

🅿️ Parking Facility Hours: 24 Hours
💰 Regular Slots: ₱35 first 3 hours | ₱10 succeeding hour
🌙 Overnight (10PM–6AM): ₱150 flat rate
🏍️ Motorcycle: ₱45 first 3 hours | ₱45 per succeeding 12 hours

Please note: The pay parking facility is not owned or operated by Azure North Condominium Corporation. Parking fees are collected and managed by the facility operator according to its applicable rates and policies.

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled power interruption on Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026, from 4:00 AM–6:00 AM due to SFELAPCO maintenance work along JASA.

🔌 Limited emergency power: refrigerator outlet & living room center light only.

🛗 Passenger & service elevators will remain operational.

Power will be restored immediately after the maintenance work.

Pampanga has emerged as the #1 trending Airbnb destination in the Philippines for domestic search interest in 2026, fueled by a massive increase in interest from Gen Z travelers and families. 🇵🇭✨

According to data released by Airbnb, Pampanga recorded the highest growth in domestic search interest among local destinations, with the strongest search activity happening during the summer months of April to June.

👀 Gen Z travelers are leading the trend!
Domestic Airbnb search interest among Gen Z Filipinos grew by nearly 25% overall, while Pampanga and Davao City recorded the strongest localized growth—nearly 50% higher than the previous year.

Simula’t sapul nang mag-operate ang mga units sa Azure North, Clean As You Go na po ang practice sa mga units bilang bahagi ng pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at kaayusan.

Ang Clean As You Go ay hindi nangangahulugang kailangan ng guest na mag-general cleaning ng buong unit. Ang layunin nito ay mapanatili ang basic cleanliness at kaayusan habang ginagamit ang unit.

Inaasahan po ang bawat guest na maging responsible sa paggamit ng unit.
