Hindi lahat ng nandito ngayon ay nagbabakasyon.

May mga evacuees dahil sa baha, may flooded ang bahay, may mga stranded at hindi makauwi, att may mga lugar na walang power o kuryente at tubig.

May mga seniors, babies, at mga bata. May mga dumating na basang-basa, gutom, pagod, inaapoy ng lagnat at hirap na hirap matapos harapin ang baha.

Sa ganitong sitwasyon, hindi na lang ito tungkol sa booking o negosyo. Tao muna. Kaligtasan muna. Pang-unawa at kaunting malasakit muna. 🙏💜

Sana maging ligtas ang lahat at makabalik na rin ang bawat isa sa kanilang mga tahanan sa lalong madaling panahon.

We understand everyone wants to make the most of their stay, however, late check-outs greatly affect our cleaning schedule and the experience of the next guest.

Delays in vacating the unit can lead to delays in preparation, and we always aim to provide a clean, fresh, and ready space for every arrival.

Kindly note:
✔️ Requests for extended stay must be approved in advance (subject to availability)
✔️ Unapproved late check-outs will incur corresponding penalties
✔️ Our team follows a tight schedule to maintain quality service for all guests

As per the recent directive from Azure North Property Management, all incoming guests must provide a copy of their valid government-issued ID before their arrival date.

This policy is in place to maintain a safe environment for everyone, ensure accurate guest verification, and allow a faster, more efficient check-in experience.

PARKING INFORMATION FOR GUESTS 📣

🅿️ FREE / OPEN PARKING
Our free/open parking is located outside the property, approximately a 3–5 minute walk to the building.
As of June 22, 2026, parking in the surrounding area is now very limited due to the closure of the open parking space in front of Home Depot, where most guests usually park.
📣Please note that we cannot guarantee a slot, and parking is strictly at your own risk.

🅿️ PAID PARKING (Recommended Option)
For a safer and more convenient experience, we highly recommend our paid parking slots within the premises/building.
💰 Rate: ₱300–₱500 per night per vehicle, depending on slot availability
📌 Parking inside the building requires a Parking Endorsement and is subject to availability. Walk-in parking is not guaranteed.

⚠️ Important Reminder:
We strongly suggest reserving your parking slot in advance or together with your booking, especially during weekends and holidays, as slots are very limited.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that the open parking area near Home Depot at Azure North will be partially closed starting June 22, 2026 due to upcoming construction.
🚧 About half of the parking space will be affected during this period.

🚗 The area will eventually be converted into a managed paid parking facility for a more organized and secure experience.
Kindly plan ahead and expect limited parking availability.
