PUMPKIN TRANSIENT HOUSE is one of our transient houses. It can accommodate up to 8 to 10 guests. It is an affordable place to stay for couples, family vacation, buss. trips, friends or groups getaway located in a secured Village in Pampanga, 5mins drive to SM Telabastagan, 20 min drive to SM Clark and 35mins. drive to Clark Int’l. Airport.
Once you booked, it will be for the entire house (4 bedrooms).
We require a minimum of 3 guests per booking reservation.

house except on bedrooms w/c will be in
accordance to the no. of guest booked
1 to 2 guests - full access to the masters bedroom only.
3 to 4 guests - full access to 2 bedrooms
5 - 6 guests - full access to 3 bedrooms
7 - 8 guests - full access to all bedrooms
*The entire house is for you to use on the whole duration of your stay. Sharing it to anybody or sleepovers is not allowed, visitors may be accepted until 10pm only, beyond this time, an add on for each added visitor will be charge accordingly.
