NOW HIRING: RECEPTIONIST / FRONT DESK STAFF🌿🌿
We are looking for a reliable, honest, hardworking, and responsible Receptionist/Front Desk Staff who is comfortable dealing with guests and can confidently perform front-desk duties.☘️
🍀Qualifications and Responsibilities🍀
Preferably with previous experience in hotel, guesthouse, inn, or front-desk operations.
Preferably a graduate of, or has studied, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related college course. College-level applicants with relevant experience are also welcome.☘️
Must have good guest-handling and customer-service skills and be comfortable working as a frontliner.☘️
Must know how to properly check guests in and check them out.
Must be able to receive, record, and relay messages accurately to the appropriate person or department.🌿
Must be comfortable working on their feet and actively assisting guests, rather than sitting throughout the shift.
Call center experience is not required; relevant hotel, hospitality, or front-desk experience is preferred.☘️
Must be computer literate and able to learn front-desk systems and basic office tasks quickly.
Must be a fast learner, willing to learn new procedures, and able to follow instructions properly.☘️
Must be good at reporting and able to clearly communicate guest concerns, incidents, requests, and other important information to management.
Must be trustworthy and careful when handling money, payments, cash, and other financial transactions. Applicants must be honest and responsible with money.
Must be punctual and dependable, with good attendance.🌿
No habitual absences or undertime. We need someone who can be relied upon to complete their scheduled shift.
Must be honest, responsible, respectful, and professional when dealing with guests and co-workers.☘️
Must have a positive attitude and willingness to work and should not be someone who constantly complains about reasonable work responsibilities.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed. Overtime is available and paid accordingly.

Starting salary: ₱12,000 per month
