Every place has a story, and RosMa's begins with one woman's love for a quiet corner of Igcadlum.
In celebration of our 7th anniversary this September, we sat down with our founder and CEO, Roslyn Majaducon, to ask her a few questions about where it all started โ and where her heart still is today.

Answer: "It was the welcoming spirit of the villagers here in Igcadlum โ a hidden gem that deserved to be known. A peaceful coastal village with a scenic pebbled cove and crystal-clear waters, it became a must-visit sanctuary for me and my family."

Answer: "COVID, and the destruction from Super Typhoon Odette. But I couldn't just close it down โ I never give up. We stood together as a team, made real sacrifices for RosMa's success, followed every protocol and restriction during the pandemic, and rebuilt RosMa in just two weeks after the typhoon's destruction."
