The information regarding the raffle are all stated in the poster and the mechanics of the raffle are as follows:
1. Customer must fill out the raffle ticket legibly with their (Name, Address and Contact Number) they can drop the raffle ticket in Bata ng Calabnugan Orphanage, Calabnugan Sibulan, Negros Oriental.
2. Prizes at stake are the one written in the flyer.
3. The promotion run from June 03, 2024 to July 26, 2024.
4. The grand draw will take place on July 27, 2024 at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon in Bata ng Calabnugan Orphanage.
5. Deadline of entries will be on July 20, 2024 at 11:59 pm.
6. Names of the winners will be posted through FB page (BATA NG CALABNUGAN) and shall be notified through FB messenger, text or call or registered email. Wherein proof of notice and service can be verified.
7. Prize are not convertible to cash or discount.
8. In claiming the prizes, winners must present the following:
a. Winning raffle ticket with notification letter/note from the organizers (Bata ng Calabnugan, Inc.) that you won the prize.
b. 2 valid ID such as; driver’s license, passport, GSIS, SSS ID card, Postal ID or PhilHealth ID, etc.

9. If a representative will claim the prize on behalf of the winner, the representative must present the following:
a. Winning raffle ticket with authorization letter from the winner bearing the name of the winner with signature and name of the representative.
b. Notification letter/note from the organizers (Bata ng Calabnugan, Inc.) that the winner won the priz.e
c. 2 valid IDs of the winner and the representative
10. Winners must agree to have their picture taken upon claiming their prize for local publication and company’s documentation.
11. Prizes will only be claimed within 60 days from the period of receiving the notification letter.
Otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Bata ng Calabnugan, Inc.
12. Prizes will only be claimed at Bata ng Calabnugan Orphanage at Purok 3 Calabnugan Sibulan, Negros Oriental, 6201 Philippines.
13. All employees, relatives up to the 2nd degree consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promo.
14. In case of dispute, the company’s decision will be deemed final and concurrence with the DSWD Representative.
15. The organizer covers the 20% withholding tax on the prizes.
