* For the well-being of the guest, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property. Rest assured we've designed the space to be welcoming and comfortable for everyone.
* Security cameras are installed in outdoor areas of the property to ensure the safety of the guest. Cameras are not installed in private areas and recorded footages are only accessed by authorized personnel when necessary.
* Pool lights are only available from 7pm to 10:30pm. No pool fountain, no bubble.
* Please check our album for the digital copies of our Waiver and Policies as you need to sign a hard copy onsite.
* Only 2 rooms have aircons, not the entire house.

⏳Extended hour rate: 700/ hour (upon approval)
Arrival and Waiver Signing Instructions:
1. Strict check-in at 3pm – No early check in as we only have 3 hours to fully clean and sanitize the entire place. Present a valid ID and confirm headcount.
2. Review documents carefully – We will provide you with copies of our terms of service, safety policies, and any required liability waivers. Take time to read through all sections.
3. Ask questions if anything is unclear.
4. Sign and acknowledge – Once you understand and agree to all terms, sign the necessary documents.
5. Brief property instructions - We will provide WiFi qr code and few instructions about the property. This is necessary since there is no staff inside during your stay.
Important reminder: Signing confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all our policies and the terms of the waiver.
Check Out Instructions:
1. Strict check out at 12pm- Inspection and cleaning will start at 12:10pm to help the team clean, prepare and sanitize for the next guest.
2. Please report damages if any. Any damages or issues after inspection will be informed accordingly. We will communicate to the guest thru Airbnb or in person if the guest is still onsite.
