De Verdad Transient Inn Need a place to stay while you enjoy your trip to ELYU? We gotchu! ~DOT ACCREDITED~ HOUSE RULES:

1. Check-in time is 2pm, Check-out time is 12NN.

Early check-in/Late check-out is 150/hr per room.
2. Conserve energy. Turn off aircon and lights when going out for lunch, dinner, or to the beach.
3. Conserve water.
4. Upon arriving from the beach, please rinse the sand from your body/feet using the outdoor shower located by the gate to prevent clogging the drains in the shower.
5. No pets allowed in any circumstance.
6. Pool is only availab

le until 12 MN. There are no lifeguards on duty.
7. Before check-out, rooms will be inspected by staff. Any loss or damage (towels, bed sheets, pillows, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
8. Surrender room keys upon check-out. Lost or damaged keys will be charged 300 pesos
9. Kitchen utensils are free to use however WASH all used utensils and return them properly. Sponge and dishwashing liquid are already provided. Any damage or loss will be charged accordingly.
10. Leave the room clean and in order.
11. Take care of your belongings. We will NOT be held liable for any loss or damage.
