Casamaria Homestay Ph Our property is located in Pueblo De Laiya, a private subdivision in Aplaya Laiya, San Juan Batangas, Philippines. CASAMARIA HOMESTAY PH is just 10-15 mins.

We are not a resort, but our guests can swim/use the beach for FREE. walk from Laiya beach. Yes, our guests will have a FREE access to the beach. You may opt to book a day tour to the nearby beach resorts if you would like to use their amenities such as swimming pool, lounge area and cottages. The house:
Casamaria Homestay Ph L3 and L4 house boasts air-conditioned rooms. Each house has 2 bedrooms,

which can accommodate 6-8pax, has t&b with shower heater, TV with cable channels and complete kitchen utensils so guests are free to bring food and cook. PLDT WiFi will be available soon. Street parking is available for each house.
