Humigit-kumulang 6% ng lugar na ito ay nakaranas na ng pagguho ng lupa sa nakalipas na 30 taon. Kapag nagkaroon ng pagguho, may humigit-kumulang 86% na posibilidad na ito ay maganap sa lugar na ito, batay sa mga naitalang pagguho sa nakaraan.
