Cleaning is serious business at Quin’s B&B 🧼✨

Behind every comfortable stay is a whole system of care that most guests don’t see. We don’t cut corners—and we definitely don’t go cheap.

From trusted disinfectants like Lysol, Domex, Pine-Sol, Zonrox, and even deep cleaners for tiles and bathrooms, to fabric cleaners for our sofas—we make sure every corner is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.

We also provide essentials for your comfort:
✔️ Dishwashing liquid
✔️ Hand soap
✔️ Sponge
✔️ Bathroom tissue
✔️ Air fresheners like Glade, Penshoppe, and Tanche & Co

And when it comes to linens—we don’t reuse. Every sheet, every pillowcase is freshly washed after each stay using quality detergent and fabric conditioner. Always clean. Always fresh.

Why? Because your health and safety matter.

Today, we celebrate 4 wonderful years of Quin’s B&B — years filled with sacrifices, challenges, successes, and even lessons from failures. Through it all, we remain grateful to our Almighty Father for giving us the opportunity to serve, bless others, and grow through this journey.

QUIN’S B&B – BALAY BAYBAY (La Union) 🌊

What started as a simple family investment home has now grown into something more meaningful.

From a vegetable garden in the late 90s, to a long-term rental house, to a hostel during the 2019 SEA Games — and eventually an Airbnb — this home has always been a place where memories are made.

In 2022, I officially named it Quin’s B&B — inspired by my nickname “Quick Quick.” At first, B&B casually stood for Airbnb, then Beach & Bed because of our proximity to the shore.

Today, we are intentionally redefining what B&B means.

Quin’s B&B now stands for Balay Baybay.
Balay means house.
Baybay means shore.

Quin’s B&B – Balay Baybay (La Union) is your family’s go-to vacation house by the beach — a place for rest, reconnection, and shared moments.

Just 4–5 hours from Metro Manila, you’ll arrive at a fully air-conditioned home that’s carefully prepared for your stay — sanitized beds and pillows, freshly washed linens and towels, sparkling clean bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a refreshing, hotel-like atmosphere.

We remain committed to quality customer service, consistent cleanliness, and well-maintained amenities — because your comfort matters to us.
