Buku Island Buku Island your short term home away from home in San Juan, La Union (The Surf Capital of the North) We welcome you to our home!

Buku Island B&B is a small family run business providing accommodation and services to travellers coming to San Juan, La Union. We provide rooms to cater to all groups sizes from couples, families to larger groups of barkadas or co-workers wanting to take a break or are working here in San Juan. Buku Island is just a 5 min walk to the beach and a 10 min walk to the town square and the outdoor mark

et. We provide a bed and breakfast service. We can also provide full board or a bespoke catering service on request. Self catering facilities are available for a small fee to cover gas and electric. Guests have access to outdoor seating and dining areas in the garden and by the swimming pool. Use of the swimming pool is available for a fee as well as the hire of a karaoke machine, so you have everything you need for fun times with your family and friends. San Juan is considered to be the Surfing Capital of the Northern Philippines and is known for its consistent intermediate quality surf and two surfing seasons from July to October and November to March. There are long stretches of unspoilt beaches and beach side resorts with plenty of cafes and eateries catering to all palates. So whether you choose to stay in or go out, you will be sure to enjoy your stay here in San Juan.
