📍Security deposit 1000php is refundable within the day of check out unless there is no damage done on the unit
⏱ LATE CHECK OUT will be charge 300 per hr
⏱ LATE CHECK-IN will be charge 300 (2:31 PM onwards)
♻️ P500 Cleaning Fee will be charge if the unit is left untidy. (CLEAN AS YOU GO)
✔️ POOL is already open but subject to schedule
🔖Please retain the keys and owner's id in the mailbox located at the lobby
