AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CODIFYING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO. 13-2021 ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ENVIRONMENTAL PATRON FEE SYSTEM FOR ALL TOURISTS ( LOCAL AND INTERNATIONAL) USING THE TOURIST DESTINATION AREAS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN PROVINCE OF LA UNION AND MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO 14-2021 ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING A TOURISM ECOLOGICAL FEE FOR ALL IN-BOUND, CHECK-IN TOURISTS (LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL) IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN JUAN, PROVINCE OF LA UNION AND IMPOSING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
