HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Zambales is very close to our hearts. To the point na naging goal na namin na makabalik dito every year.
Pero last year, despite so many attempts, hindi talaga kami natuloy. Thankfully, this year, nakabalik kami.
Sakto pa because we had a lot to celebrate.

💐 May 10 – Mother’s Day
Since we have 2 kids, isa talaga sa mga priority namin was finding a place where we could stay comfortably as a family.
Thankfully, we found Makana Villa Zambales.
To be honest, medyo kabado ako before the trip. Traveling with kids is very different. Hindi mo alam kung magiging okay ba yung tulog nila, kung may enough space ba para makakilos, o kung magiging comfortable ba kayo throughout the stay.
But the moment we stepped inside, the place exceeded our expectations.
The villa was spacious enough for the kids to play around. Fully airconditioned din yung buong place kaya sobrang sarap umuwi after spending time under the sun.
The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances we needed. Literal na AirBnB by the beach. 😉
The bathroom was also a pleasant surprise. May hot and cold shower plus different shower options. Ang sarap maligo after a long day sa beach. 🚿
And the bed? Grabe, sobrang comfyyyyy! 🛏️
As parents, sobrang winner yung feeling satin kapag mahimbing ang tulog ng mga bata. 🤭
Every night, our kids slept peacefully, and we woke up feeling rested too. 🥰
Our 4D3N stay was so comfortable that we genuinely felt at home.
We also learned that “Makana” is a Hawaiian word that means gift.
True enough, this place has been a gift for us during a week full of celebrations.
Worth keeping.
Worth remembering.
Babalik-balikan mo talaga.
Truly, a home away from home. 🏡
