Thank you Ma'am Malou Balatbat & family from for staying at BALAI Ylocos, San Vicente near Vigan City. Indeed, mas masaya pag magkakasama. And conversations while lounging at the terrace at night brings back the 70's vibes. And yes, even I was transported back in time with the bougainvillea in full bloom. My heart is full.
