How do you reconcile this?
We've been operating for more than 20 yrs.
LGU (local government agencies) issues us permits and licenses to operate, annually. Department of Tourism is gracious enough to award us yearly accreditation as a tourism service provider. BIR, without fail do their tax mapping and we pay our corresponding income taxes. Department of Health annually requires all our staff to pass a health check and secure individual good health certificates. We are regularly being checked for safety and sanitation compliances. We diligently pay our employees' SSS, Philhealth and Pag-ibig contributions. We do our best to meet all DOLE's labour guidelines and recommendations.
DENR's requirements are the most challenging and astronomically costly to comply with, and comply we must and do!
