Not everyone around you will help you grow. Some will challenge you to become better, while others may hold you back. Choose your circle wisely, because the people you surround yourself with can shape the person you become.

In a world that encourages us to fit in, may we have the courage to live differently for Jesus. May our words reflect His love, our actions show His goodness, and our lives point others to Him. We don’t have to be like everyone else to belong; we are called to be more like Christ. Be different, not for attention, but to make Jesus known.

May we learn to depend on Jesus, because apart from Him, we can do nothing.

Sometimes, God’s correction doesn’t feel like love. It can be uncomfortable when He points out the things in us that need to change. But His correction is not rejection; it is love that helps us grow. His discipline reminds us that He hasn’t given up on us; He is still shaping us to become more like Him. Therefore, don’t resist the correction. Receive it, learn from it, and let God use it to transform your heart.

“My child, don’t reject the Lord’s discipline, and don’t be upset when he corrects you. For the Lord corrects those he loves, just as a father corrects a child in whom he delights.” — Proverbs 3:11-12

This teaches us to choose God’s wisdom over the things we naturally value most. Silver, gold, and rubies represent wealth and things that people consider precious, but God reminds us that His instruction and wisdom are worth far more.

Sometimes, we prioritize what can give us comfort, success, or temporary satisfaction. But God calls us to value His Word, His instruction, and the knowledge that comes from Him above these things. Wisdom helps us know what is right, make better choices, and live according to His ways.

The world may offer many things we desire, but nothing we gain can compare to having the wisdom to live rightly before God. Let us choose His instruction, treasure His wisdom, and allow His Word to guide the way we live.

Maybe you’ve been asking God for a sign, an answer, or just a little reassurance. Whatever color you chose, take this as a gentle reminder: God knows what your heart is carrying, and His presence is not limited to the answers you can see.

Do we pray because we’ve run out of options—or because we know we need God?

Prayer isn’t meant to be our last resort when everything else fails. It’s an invitation to bring God into every part of our lives, before we plan, decide, worry, or respond.

Let prayer be your first response, not your last resort

Some seasons just feel… empty. You can have things going on, people around you, and still feel like something’s missing. But maybe that emptiness is an invitation to come closer to God—to realize that what our hearts truly need can only be found in Him.

Don’t be afraid of the empty seasons. Let them lead you back to the One who can truly fill you.

The love of God is unconditional and incomparable. Even though we are unworthy of such great love, He continues to love us, never withholding His grace and goodness from our lives.

His love is more than enough, and His faithfulness never runs out. Because of who He is and all He has done for us, He deserves every praise, every worship, and every part of our lives that we can offer back to Him.

May we never grow tired of standing in awe of His greatness and declaring, “Itatanghal Kita, O Diyos, Ikaw lamang.”
