Terms and Conditions:
- Promotion period: September 1 to December 14, 2026.
- The discount on villas and houses will be applied to the base rate of the property. Extra persons will be charged at the regular rates.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- Prior reservation is required and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- 50% down payment is required upon making the reservation.
- One-time rebooking is allowed until December 14, 2026, subject to room availability. Rebooking should be made at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid rebooking fees.
- Promotion is not applicable during holidays and peak periods.
