✅Rules and Regulations
•Upon Reservation ,Valid ID must be SENT upon the process of reservation before sending the confirmation to your designated villa.
• Down payment is required in order to successfully reserve a particular Villa of the resort. It shall be deposited through our given GCASH and the deposit slip /screenshot must be sent to our facebook account for confirmation.We do not accept any DP on site (unless it is supervised by the management of our staff by mmcc page) as our standard process reservation in system,This is for the safety and record of both parties.
•Down payment will be deducted to your chosen package.Remaining balance MUST be settle in cash on the day of the reservation. We STRICTLY do not allow downgrading of packages. Please be Reminded that if you cancel the reservation, the reservation down payment will be forfeited. It is non-refundable and non-rebookable." NO CANCELLATION ,NO REFUND RULE"
•For Rebooking ; Guest must pay the remaining balance upon Rebooking of the slot on the said date . Payment should be given thru Gcash and confirmation of rebooking schedule will be sent after. Remember: Rebooking depends on the Availability of resort dates and Guest. Also this comes to "No cancellation,No Refund rule" Policy. As Revised '' Upon Rebooking Must pay the Rebooking fee of 500.00 pesos , which is not part of the package" this is only for the Rebooking process.
•Guests can only use the villa for the agreed period of time. For day reservations, check-in time is 8AM and check-out time is 5PM. For overnight reservations, check-in time is 6pm and check-out time is 5am. For 22-hour reservations, guests may choose from either 10am to 8am / 8am-6am or 7pm to 5pm/6pm-4pm or based on the availability of both parties. Check-out time must be strictly followed. Late Check out's may lead to penalties of exceeding hours (1000/HR PER 20PAX).
•Exceeding pax Rates allowed only when the pax reach the standard package of 20's. Furthermore , If the minimum pax of 10's exceeds Automatically upgrade of the package will be applied. If not ok to the guest,Free to Cancel of book but no Refund . We will not tolerate any bargaining and any use of you technique that may lead to down grading of our standards.
•In the situation that the management has already reserved the resort to other guests beforehand, and the guest fails to vacate the resort, the management reserves the right to assist the guest to move out of the resort.
• MMCC FARM & RESORT will not be responsible for any loss of guest's belongings or any other property, please know each person with .
• Hazardous materials such as gas cylinders, fuels, fi****ms, fireworks and etc. are strictly prohibited in the resort's premises.One rule Only, Corcage fee only: Bottled drinks & liquior.
•For Cooking Since inflation, Super kalan and butante ,utensils are allowed to bring for personal use since we are under pandemic. No Corkage fee thisbyear started 2026.
• Guests is not allowed to move any furnishings, or interfere with the electrical network or any other installations inside the facilities,villa or any on the premises inside the Establishment without the consent of the resort’s management.
•In case of emergency or unwanted situation; If the guest becomes ill or injured , our management may help the provision of medical assistance or to be taken to the hospital,however Expenses will be all covered by the guest .
•In Our Brgy.Bulac, Santa Maria Bulacan Ordinance implemented that by 10PM Videoke should be turn off as the night start at peace as considerations to the neighborhood.
•Please Help Our mother Earth to Save energy by turning off the Lights, Air-con and other electrical devices inside the room when Not In use.
•Smoking inside the room is Strictly Not Allowed.
•Eating inside the Room is Strictly not Allowed.
•Do not leave minors without adult’s supervision inside the pool.
• Guests are Must pay for any loss or damage caused inside the Establishments when period of time it was damage.CCTV'S Are all working for safety and protection of ours .
•Our staff is Hospitable and friendly,Treat them in fair and same manners. However if you treat our staff hard and rude,we may ask for an es**rt assistant from the brgy to remove you from our establishment and settle for the time you stayed.
•This is only our rule: Corcage fee: Alcoholic drinks and bottled drinks is strictly not allowed inside. You may bought inside.Please do respect,This is our Resort and This is our rule.If you are not willing to follow ,We Do not hesitate to cancel your booking with us anytime. We do not tolerate any harm or issue's that may cause Our's.

✅Pool Rules
•Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries.
•Take a shower before entering the pool. Proper swimming attire is required.
• Do not swim if you have infectious or communicable diseases.
•Horse-playing-No running, rough playing the pool deck.
•Jumping and diving into the pool are STRICTLY not allowed.
• Swim diapers or plastic pants are required for babies and toddlers.
•No spitting, spouting of water, or blowing of nose in the pool.
•When children 12 years of age and younger are in the water an adult must be in the water within an arm’s reach from them at all times.
•kids 3years old below, Floating devices must NEVER be replaced in-water without adult’s supervision.
•For every 2 children at least 1 adult should be with them at all times.
•No glass or metal articles in or around the pool area.If there's any case happen of pouring of liquior or any ( accidentally or not) inside the pool ,penalty must be settled.
•Food and Drinks are not allowed inside the pool deck and inside the pool.

Take NOTE:
As pandemic started ' Required For hygiene and safety purpose , guest must bring their own towel, blanket, dining wares and kitchen utensils.
Since Inflation Arises today, We removed the Gas and stove in order to have an affordable rates, Since majority of the group prefer to bring their own super kalan and butante to save budget.
