HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
For a safe, peaceful, and enjoyable stay for everyone.

Welcome to Balay ni Frago! 🤎 We kindly ask all guests to observe the following rules during your stay. Your cooperation helps us maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and relaxing province atmosphere that we want every guest to experience.

🏡 GENERAL RULES
• Please treat the property, furniture, appliances, and facilities with care.
• Keep noise at a respectful level, especially during evening hours.
• Please keep the premises clean and dispose of trash properly.
• Only registered guests are allowed unless visitors have been approved in advance.
• Please supervise children at all times.
• Do not move furniture or resort items without permission.

🏊 POOL RULES
• Shower before entering the pool.
• No running, pushing, or rough play around the pool area.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• No glassware or breakable items near the pool.
• Please keep food and drinks away from the pool water.
• Please observe the designated pool hours.
• Guests use the pool at their own risk. (No lifeguard on duty)

🎤 VIDEOKE RULES
• Videoke is allowed only during the designated hours.
• Please keep the volume at a considerate level.
• No excessive noise, shouting, or disturbance of neighbors.
• Kindly turn off the videoke promptly when the allowed hours end.

🚭 SMOKING & ALCOHOL
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and enclosed areas.
• Please use designated smoking areas only.
• Drink responsibly and avoid behavior that may disturb other guests or neighbors.
• No illegal drugs or prohibited substances are allowed on the property.

🕐 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Please follow the agreed check-in and check-out times.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Please return keys and resort items before leaving.

🧹 CLEANLINESS & DAMAGES
• Please leave the property reasonably clean and orderly.
• Do not throw tissues, wipes, or other materials into the toilet.
• Any lost, damaged, or broken property may be charged accordingly.
• Please inform us immediately if something is accidentally damaged.

⚠️ SAFETY & SECURITY
• Lock doors and secure your belongings whenever leaving the premises.
• Balay ni Frago is not responsible for lost or unattended personal belongings.
• Please report any safety concern or damage to our staff immediately.
• In case of emergency, please follow the instructions of the management.

Perpekto ito para sa simpleng okasyon ng pamilya, barkada, mga kasama sa trabaho o mga samahan.

‼️Day Tour Only ‼️
🕑 Check-in: 9:00 or 10:00 am
🕚 Check-out: 7:00 or 8:00 pm

🔸Can extend your stay up to 10:00pm only with additional fee of P300. 00 per hour

‼️Night Tour (8-hrs stay) ‼️
⏱️ Check-in: 2:00pm
⏱️ Check-out: 10:00pm

👫 Guests Capacity: Up to 15 –35 guests (depending on your chosen option)
