1. Be cautious towards unreasonably cheap prices and deals

Unreasonable cheap prices and deals present a huge risk of scam. This is the most common reason why a lot of staycationers are being scammed.

Maintaining a unit involves costs on cleaning, laundry, utilities + the depreciation of household furnitures & fixtures.

Assess the deals because it is more expensive to get scammed! 😊

2. Check the credibility of the staycations's page

Check the page posts engagement and other platforms (e.g Airbnb). Be cautious on dealing with aggressive sellers/agents. Check the customer feedback and any proof of transactions.
